Course Summary
This masterclass in porcelain veneers builds on the EPV1 Workshop, with a significant focus on hands-on advanced preparation techniques, including lower arch veneer preparations and veneerlays.
In addition to several types of lower preparation techniques such as BOPT, traditional and vertical-prep, participants will also complete a hands-on upper arch cementation exercise. Additionally, there will be an in-depth discussion on occlusion and managing vertical dimension to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

EPV 2 is a comprehensive, hands-on course designed for dentists seeking advanced expertise in veneer preparation, smile design, and occlusal management. Over two days, participants will refine their skills through practical exercises and in-depth lectures, covering advanced upper and lower veneer preparations, occlusion strategies, bonding protocols, and full-mouth rehabilitation techniques.

He has engrossed himself in postgraduate education becoming alumni of the Fahl Cosmetic Academy, the Kais Academy, completing a two-year orthodontic mini-residency through EODO and the City of London Dental School and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney. Dr Docherty is passionate about mentoring and teaching running his own aesthetic workshops, lecturing as a core faculty member of the Aesthetic Restorative Graduate Diploma through the Australasian Academy of Dental Practitioners (ACDP), and is an examiner of the postgraduate Oral Implant Diploma at the University ofSydney. He believes in a literature based approach to dentistry and is a co-author in the soon to be released Wiley-Blackwell textbook “Practical Procedures in Implant Dentistry”.
