When it comes to the Guided Bone Regeneration, there are many challenging factors like stabilizing the graft site and providing good shielding. With CGF technique, your GBR procedure is best optimised and more predictable because of
  • Faster healing of tissue
  • Post-op pain control
  • Easier Handling of grafts
  • Stabilised grafts from interconnected granules
  • More economical

HOW TO USE CGF

How to make Sticky Bone

  1. Venipuncture: draw even numbers of tubes from the patient (red tube and white tube)
  2. Insert the tubes into the CGF centrifuge slot (even number of tubes, facing each other to balance)
  1. Make sure the setting is CGF and hit start
  2. After 2 minutes, hit stop button and take out the white tubes and put another tube with water in it as replacement
  3. Then operate the centrifuge again till it’s done (takes 12 minutes)
  4. While waiting for centrifuge 12mins, with syringe (18gauge 1.5inch) extract the yellow fluid in the white tube.
  5. Inject that into a bone well and pour granule of grafting material
  6. From this point, equip yourself sterile
  7. Mix the grafting material in the bone well.
  8. Give about 10 minutes to set
  1. When centrifuge is done, it opens automatically.
  2. Ask someone(non-sterile) to pour the serum on top layer(PPP) from Red Tube into a bowl
  3. Pour the rest of the thing(jelly) into a medium sized bowl
  4. Pick up the jelly from the bowl and cut between yellow and red portion. Leave about 3~5mm of red blood cell portion.
  5. Place the cut yellow jelly into a bowl so it’s ready for the oral surgeon to use.
  6. And place some jelly on CGF box
  7. Press the CGF jelly into membrane.
  8. Pour the exudates under the CGF box into the bone well where you made the sticky bone in order to accelerate the gel formation of the Sticky Bone™.
