Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions outlined below are important. Please read them carefully. By agreeing to purchase from Minimax Dental Pty Ltd you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Your use of this website to make purchases from Minimax Dental Pty Ltd indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. ‘Customer’ is the person who purchases from Minimax Dental Pty Ltd; it is also referred to as “you”.
    1. These Event Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply minimax events, courses, or programs
    2. These T&Cs cover each person (“Attendee, you or your”) upon:
      1. submitting a Registration to Minimax implant (whether hard copy or electronic); or
      2. attending or participating in the Event.
    3. These T&Cs also cover anyone who has been invited by Minimax implant to attend the Event.

Registration & payment

    1. Registration is subject to receipt of payment and Minimax implant confirmation of availability. You must pay any invoice within 14 calendar days of receipt and payment must be received in full before the event.
    2. Minimax implant reserves the right to refuse any application to register, attend or participate in the Event. Minimax implant’s decision is final and not subject to challenge. Minimax implant is not required to provide reasons for refusal of an application.

Prices

    1. Prices for attending the seminar will be set out on the relevant registration or booking form or can otherwise be obtained from Minimax implant upon request or from the Minimax implant website. Prices may be subject to change from time to time.

Cancellation policy & refunds

    1. Where an Event has been cancelled by Minimax implant, all fees will be refunded in full. Attendees may, at their election, transfer credit to another event or receive a full refund.
    2. If you can no longer attend the Event, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to Minimax implant – Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email to info@minimaximplant.com.au
      1. Cancellations received 30 days prior to the seminar series starting are entitled to a full refund
      2. Cancellations received 29 days and 8 days prior to the seminar series starting are entitled to an 80% refund or full credit refund
      3. Cancellations received less than 8 days prior to the seminar series starting or absences are entitled to a 50% refund or full credit refund
      4. Minimax implant may refuse any requests for refunds made for cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the date of the Event.
      5. No refunds will be given in respect of any non-attendance.
    3. Special consideration due to interstate lockdown

      If the seminar is impossible to proceed with due to the pandemic or if you cannot attend, we will change the date and inform you about the seminar again. Further details will be announced later.
      If you are unable to attend the seminar due to an interstate travel ban, you can attend the seminar on a different date or process a full refund.

Changes to the event

    1. It may be necessary for reasons beyond Minimax implant’s reasonable control to make cancellations, substitutions and alterations to speakers, topics and/or the schedule of the Event. Minimax implant reserves the right to do this at any time.
    2. Notice of any changes will be announced on the webpage of Minimax implant and/or the Event. Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract by Minimax implant and do not trigger any liability.
    3. If Minimax implant alters the time and/or location of the Event, Minimax implant will provide you with notice of the changes and will offer attendees the choice of either a refund or the opportunity to attend the Event as varied.

Privacy

    1. H Minimax implant will collect, store and handle personal information about Attendees (including full name, organisation, state and email)in accordance with Minimax implant’s privacy policy the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
    2. Personal information collected from Attendees may be used for the purposes for which it is being collected including:
      1. planning the Event;
      2. to provide services in connection with the Event;
      3. processing and managing registration and associated administration (such as catering) including correspondence; and
      4. Marketing purposes
    3. Personal information may also be kept on file by Minimax implant and provided to Minimax implant’s related entities, business partners, agencies, sponsors and other third parties for marketing purposes and to enable dissemination about forthcoming conferences, events and other related goods and services. You may be contacted by email, SMS/MMS, mail, social media and telephone.
      Please advise Minimax implant during the registration process (or at any later time) if you do not consent for your details to be kept for such purposes by call or email

Speackers and presenters

    1. Minimax implant cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any at the Event or in any material provided to Attendees by third parties.

Photography, media and intellectual property

    1. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
    2. You grant Minimax implant, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing.

Use of material

    1. Presentations, documentation, materials and content made available to you as an event attendee are subject to copyright and other rights owned by Minimax implant or its licensors. All such material is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other international copyright and intellectual property laws.
    2. You may only use the materials and content for your own private non-commercial use. No part of the materials and content covered by copyright should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished in any form or by any means without the express written permission of Minimax implant.

Venue rules

    1. Minimax implant Events will often be held at third party venues and premises. All Attendees are required to observe and comply with any safety advice, site signage, alcohol consumption and security requirements of the venue.

Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minimax implant is not responsible or liable in negligence, contract, tort or otherwise arising if you or any other person incurs, experiences or suffers an accident, direct or indirect loss including to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever whilst in transit to or from the Event and/or at the Event.
  2. You fully and finally release and discharge Minimax implant from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever that you have or may have against us whether known or unknown, accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to the Event.
  3. Under circumstances where Minimax implant’s liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability of HIA will be limited to the amount paid by you under these T&Cs to register for the Event.
  4. Nothing in these T&Cs are intended to exclude, restrict or modify any term, condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy (including but not limited to a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Customer Service Policy

Minimax Dental Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are within 1 -7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
