This is the first steps in the journey for those wanting to place “accurate” dental implants. Whether you already have some experience with the surgery or are wanting to learn the fundamentals, this course will go over a collective 5 decades worth of dental implant knowledge from : where to start-practical introduction in implants to ‘tips and tricks’ for your first implant surgery and beyond.
The fundamental knowledge includes how to find your best cases for success by highlighting: quality of bone and interpreting radiographs, implant placement parameters, simulation and surgery options right up to prosthetic planning.
The hands-on component will allow participants to explore accurate surgery techniques as well as the opportunity to discuss their implant treatment case. With a highlight on Guided Surgery to gain accuracy and confidence, you will gain the confidence to start your first case on completion of the course.

Lecturer’s case presentations and Live surgery demonstration will further allow participants to collate information attained and engage in meaningful discussions about treatment planning and options for treatment.

Dr Dail is known by his colleagues to be a compassionate, caring and thorough dentist. His philosophy on educating patients on preventative care’ has seen the vast difference made in the lives of many and their families.
Since 2003, Dr Dail has travelled around the world to master the art of dental treatment procedures.
He was accepted as a key (opinion leader) dentist in 2016.
He continues to give back to the dental community by providing seminars and workshops on dental implants, cosmetic and braces treatment procedure around Australia.
He is often complimented on his gentle surgeon hands and chair-side manner
Dr. Lan Tran
Dr Lan Tran graduated from the University of Queensland in 1995 after completing two published research projects and a Bachelor of Dental Science.
Lan has taught in the dental industry since 2001, with roles as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland and a KOL for several Dental Companies.She has been awarded a Distinguished Speakers Award as well as having been inducted into the Speaker’s Hall of Fame for Orthoworld.
Lan maintains a busy private practice that focuses on cosmetic dentistry and uses injectables regularly to manage headaches, migraines and TMJ.
